Day 1: VERONA Wine tasting and local gourmet
Arrival in Milan or Bergamo and transfer by train to Verona, the city of the eternal lovers, Romeo and Juliet. Alternatively, you can fly directly to Verona airport.
Chech-in at 3* Hotel, lunch at Trattoria “Al Solito Posto” where you can enjoy the traditional cuisine. Do not miss as a desert the apple pie, tiramisu or chocolate salami, accompanied by a good wine from the hills of Verona: Pinot, Barbera or Sangiovese are strongly recommended. We recommend you to start in the heart of the ancient Verona: from roman monuments, medieval castles and mansions to alleys and buildings that recall the romantic and charming atmosphere of the two Shakespearian lovers and the numerous churches through which emerge the gothic tracks. Day 2: VERONA Wine tasting in an old cellar After a rich breakfast you continue discovering Verona. You visit the old gothic-Romanesque cathedral, Tintoretto’s paintings in the ancient basilica of San Zeno, church of Verona’s protector saint and all the places of Romeo and Juliet… Wine tasting at “Enoteca Al Mascaron” in Piazza San Zeno. Lunch in a local trattoria. Stroll around the city among small shopping streets and antique markets
Evening: dinner in a historic restaurant tasting traditional dishes and a trendy bar afterwards

Day 3: VERONA – AVIO 59 km by treno AVIO – ALA 6,5 km of trekking During the morning you continue your journey towards Avio, an important centre of the lower Vallagarina, an area particularly suited to grape production for wines like Badolese Cabernet, Merlot and the famous Marzemino. We also recommend you to visit Sabbionara Castle overlooking the entire valley, the prestigious Palazzo Bresavola and the beautiful old city with its baroque parish church of Santa Maria Assunta. Lunch in a local trattoria and after that you join a tasting of fine wines in a local historic cellar, and then continue in your own pace to Ala, a picturesque small town of roman origin that is awarded a particularly charm: the area is famous for the silk production and the precious velvets. You cross beautiful countryside roads with breathtaking views and sweet vineyards and at the arrival you are going to be welcomed not only by the evidences of ancient art and culture but also by a great wine and food adventure: Palazzo Pizzini with its magnificent baroque architecture, Palazzo Taddei, dating back to the venetian period, the church of San Pietro in Bosco or the majestic sanctuary of San Valentino.

Day 4: ALA – BRENTONICO 14 km of trekking BRENTONICO – CASTIONE 3 km of trekking The morning continues with a trek in the middle of a beautiful natural landscapes towards Brentonico, crossing several terraced vineyards.You visit the beautiful building Eccheli-Baisi, the baroque church of St. Rocco in the district of Lera and the church of San Matteo in Cornè di Brentonico.You taste typical dishes from Trentino and visit also an ancient wine cellar to taste the good wines Later you continue towards Castione, not far from Brentonico... Here you can enjoy a great culinary adventure: roasted chestnuts, mountain cheeses, precious honey from the mountain, the delicious wine Muller Thurgau produced with the finest grapes from local vineyards.Then you visit the marble quarries (Castione is a village well known for working with various types of marble)

Day 5: CASTIONE – ROVERETO 14 of trekking
Early in the morning you start your scheduled tour, walking along the shores of the Adige among different vineyards that grow closer and closer: you have the chance to admire the pergola vineyards on the hills of the noble Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Marzemino.
Onced arrived at the old town of venetian origin, Rovereto, you visit Museum of Modern Art and the beautiful Castle of Rovereto, built in the era of venetian supremacy.
You have lunch in a local winery, tasting typical Trentino dishes and then you can choose to visit the Civic Museum or join a trekking tour to the "armed mountains" along a stretch and discover all the old Austrian forts overlooking the city and Vallagarina.

Day 6: ROVERETO – NOGAREDO 4,5 km
Wine tasting and local gastronomic products
Your itinerary tour continues along the shores of the Adige river. You pass some ancient villages: Mori, Lenzima, Isera, Marano, Marzemino vineyards with Pinot Nero and Merlot plants and once arrived in Nogaredo you visit Londron palace and if you are going to be here in April you have the chance to immerse yourself in lively atmosphere of the festival that celebrates the end of the winter and the early spring..
After lunch you visit "Castel Noarna" Winery for wine tasting and local food.

Day 7: NOGAREDO – BESENELLO 9 km
The last part of your itinerary takes you to Besenello through a nature full of orchards and lush vineyards. Upon arrival, you visit Beseno Castle that dominates the small village of Besenello and has a long history behind of armed clashes and battles between Trento and Venice as well as between austrians and french revolutionaries. Lunch in a typical trattoria of the area and then you continue your culture, history and art tour by visiting the church of Sant’ Agata and the romanesque church of Santa Marina or alternatively you can take the local transport and spend a relaxing afternoon at "Garniga Spa" enjoying beneficial treatments and hot Trentinian water springs.
