“Casa Panoramica" is a beautiful apartment with a large terrace of 70m ² with panoramic view over the sea and a large part of the coast, a few km from Positano and Amalfi, in an area well served by restaurants, shops and public transport.
The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Ideal for up to four people, it is recommended for those who love outdoor evenings and beautiful sunsets.
From "Casa Panoramica", in a few minutes you get to the stairs with about 400 steps leading to the beach of Praiano "Gavitella The Beach".
If you want to avoid the stairs, you can take the bus for two stops to marina di Praia (1.5 km from the house) or visit the two beaches of Positano (which are 15 minutes by bus).
This is a quiet town nestled in the green, which is a bit obscured from Positano and Amalfi. There are almost only italian tourists coming here, in search of relaxation and a certain rustic charm. But it is located close to Positano and Amalfi, where the life is more intense and there is plenty to do including entertainment.
Marina di Praia is much visited during the day as there are several restaurants offering good food and cool mountain shadow. In the centre of the town you can rent scuba diving gear. There are also boats to hire and taxi boats that travel to Capri, Positano and Amalfi.
