In 1999 Berti family renovated a medieval tower and depandance overlooking Elsa Valley and San Gimignano. The building is situated only 20 minutes by car from Florence and Siena and it's possible to enjoy here one of the most beautiful views in Tuscany in an especially favourable climatic area.
The four apartments available for rent are sorrounded by a garden shaded by many tall beautiful trees and there is a panoramic swimming pool framed by flowers and plants as well as quiet and secluded corners.
Being so close to Tavarnelle - 500 metres away - a friendly town in the province of Florence, it means there is only a 10 minute walk to shops, banks, restaurants and bus-stops for buses which drive to the important cities in a short time.
The peaceful area, the events organized in historical villages almost all year round but also the facility to reach important places as: Florence, Siena, Lucca, Tirreno coast, Pisa, Perugia, Arezzo, San Gimignano, Volterra, Trasimeno Lake, Acquapark, abbeys, castles, monasteries in Chianti allow everyone to choose the favorite holiday: relaxed or busy, cultural or amusing.
Each apartment (for 2-7 people), has its own independent entrance, heating and private corner in the garden which is fully illuminated during at night.
