Enjoy a long weekend in Italy and participate in our photography courses and learn the basic photography techniques and how to make a real travel reporting.
Whether you are a beginner and new adventure or an experienced photographer we will certainly have a photography holiday that suits your needs in the most stunning and evocative Italian sites.

Our tutors
We are pleased to introduce our famous photo - journalist Sandro Esposito ( www.sandroesposito.com) that has been working for many years in the field of Wedding photography, geographical and current affairs reportage.
We would also like to introduce you to our partner schools DS Visuals School e Spazio Farini 6.
They are extremely committed and friendly and want the best for everyone. They teach for a total of 6-8 hours per day although you are, of course, free to take as many breaks as you wish!

Courses
The photography courses are usually for groups of 6-10 people. We offer also Intensive Individual courses and Workshops of longer duration.

Main topics covered during the photo tour
• colour theory and composition
• basic rules of photography techniques (field depth, exposure latitude, time and diaphragms use)
• intelligent use of camera and tricks of the professionals
• photo editing basics
• digital postproduction and debriefing
• introduction to the travel report
• brief introduction to the photojournalism

Location and accommodation
Our relaxing photography itineraries will cover most stunning italian sites from the Alps to Sicily following the paths of important civilizations. From northern lakes to the sunny south crossing hills and medieval villages of central italian regions you will discover remote and enchanting places; you are going to visit ruins and medieval castles and also meet artisans at their work.
You will stay in small hotels or charming resort with Hot springs, depending on your preference and budget.
In the evening you will enjoy excellent local cuisine and relax and review and comment the photos of the day.

Our photographic tours often have the support of Discover Italy Now tour guides who take care of all organizational issues of the trip so that you can just focus on photography.

How the photo tour works
Because we know that guests enjoy living as much as possible the sights and sounds of our unique locations, we have tailored our holidays accordingly. Each day we have morning and evening outings, and while each day is structured, we will adapt the days to make the most of local events and light conditions.
