Villa Zobi, detached villa for 12 people, is located 3 km. from the main building.
Villa Zobi is a large renovated villa in the countryside. The house is about 300 kvm2 and consists of six bedrooms, four bathrooms, living room of 90 kvm2, dining room, kitchen, private pool and garden.
Villa Zobi also has also a large garden with an area used for barbecues, a perfect place for private parties.
1 km. from the main buildings can be found the farm buildings Podere Montelodoli & Podere Perticato with apartments of various sizes and a large pool.

Located in an old village where you can stay and enjoy the scenery and the many countryside routes offered by the territory, the company dominates the beautiful vineyards of Chianti Classico area, the olive groves and cereal crops irrigated by water of Villa S. Andrea area. The farm produces Chianti Classico wines, wines IGT, extra virgin olive oil, Grappa and VinSanto.
Enjoy wine and olive oil tasting, cooking classes, harvest and much more!
Marriage ceremonies with dinner are also held at Villa S. Andrea.

Wine and Culture in Tuscany

The farm extends over 600 hectares in Chianti Classico area.
Around the village, about 360 m. above sea level, the slopes with the best exhibitions are devoted to vineyards. The farm activity also takes place on terrains used for olive groves, arable land and forests, irrigated by water drawn from two large reservoirs located within the property.

Ceremonies and meetings

Villa S. Andrea offers its elegant facilities where you can stay and organize the ceremony and wedding reception in the splendid tuscan countryside and the ancient church of S. Andrea.
The villa is also available to carry out business meetings, conferences and workshops in an enchanting setting.
