Day 1: VERONA Wine tasting and local gastronomic products
Arrival in Milan or Bergamo and transfer by train to Verona, the city of the eternal lovers, Romeo and Juliet.Alternatively, you can fly directly to Verona airport.Chech-in 3*Hotel, lunch at “Trattoria Al Solito Posto” where you can enjoy the traditional cuisine. Do not miss as a desert the apple pie, tiramisu or chocolate salami, accompanied by a good wine from the hills of Verona: Pinot, Barbera or Sangiovese are strongly recommended.
Your tour begins in the heart of the ancient Verona: … roman monuments, medieval castles and mansions…. alleys and buildings that recall the romantic and charming atmosphere of the two Shakespearian lovers… numerous churches through which emerge the gothic tracks. Day 2: VERONA Wine tasting in an old cellar
After a rich breakfast you continue discovering Verona. You are going to visit the old Gothic-Romanesque cathedral, the drawings of Tintoretto in the ancient basilica of San Zeno, the church of Verona’s Protector Saint and all the places of Romeo and Juliet… Lunch in a local trattoria. Wine tasting at “Enoteca Al Mascaron” in Piazza San Zeno. Strolling in the city between small shopping streets and antique market
Evening: dinner in a historic restaurant tasting traditional dishes followed by a glass of wine in a trendy bar

Day 3: VERONA – AVIO 59 km by bike
AVIO – ALA 6,5 km by bike
During the morning you continue your journey biking to Avio, an important town of the lower Vallagarina, an area particularly suited to grape production of Badolese Cabernet, Merlot and the famous Marzemino.
We recommend you to visit Sabbionara Castle overlooking the entire valley, the prestigious Palazzo Bresavola and the beautiful old city with its baroque parish church of Santa Maria Assunta Lunch in a local trattoria and after that you join a tasting of fine wines in a local historic cellar. The itinerary continues then in your own pace to Ala, a picturesque small town of roman origin that is awarded a particularly charm thanks to the Silk production and the precious velvets.
You are going to cross beautiful countryside roads with breathtaking views and sweet vineyards and at the arrival you are going to be welcomed not only by the evidences of ancient art and culture but also by a great wine and food adventure: Palazzo Pizzini with its magnificent baroque architecture, Palazzo Taddei, dating back to the venetian period, the church of San Pietro in Bosco and the majestic sanctuary of San Valentino.

Day 4: ALA – BRENTONICO 14 km by bike
BRENTONICO – CASTIONE 3 km by bike
The morning continues with a biking tour in the middle of a beautiful natural landscape towards Brentonico, crossing several terraced vineyards.You visit the beautiful building Eccheli-Baisi, the baroque church of St. Rocco in the district of Lera and the church of San Matteo in Corne’ di Brentonico.You taste typical dishes from Trentino, visit an ancient wine cellar and taste the good wines.
The bike itinerary continues towards Castione, not far from Brentonico.Here you can enjoy a great culinary adventure: roasted chestnuts, mountain cheeses, precious honey from the mountain and the delicious wine Muller Thurgau produced with the finest grapes from local vineyards.A visit to the marble quarries (Castione is well known for working with various types of marble) is also on the schedule.

Day 5: CASTIONE – ROVERETO 14 by bike
Early in the morning you start your scheduled tour biking along the shores of the Adige river among different vineyards that grow closer and closer: you have the chance to admire the pergola vineyards on the hills of the noble Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Marzemino.
Once arrived in the old town of venetian origin, Rovereto, you are going to visit the Museum of Modern Art and the beautiful Castle of Rovereto, built in the era of venetian supremacy. Lunch in a local winery, tasting typical dishes from Trentino and then you can choose to visit the Civic Museum or join a trekking tour to discover the old Austrian forts overlooking the city and Vallagarina.

Day 6: ROVERETO – NOGAREDO 4,5 km by bike

Your itinerary tour continues on the shores of the Adige. You are going to cross some ancient villages: Mori, Lenzima, Isera, Marano and Marzemino vineyards with Pinot Nero and Merlot plants. A visit to the Londron Palace in Nogaredo is on the schedule and in April you have the chance to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the festival that celebrates the end of the winter and the early spring.tasting at the Winery “Castel Noarna”

Day 7: NOGAREDO – BESENELLO 9 km by bike
The last part of your itinerary takes you to Besenello through a nature full of orchards and lush vineyards.arrival, you visit Beseno Castle that dominates the small village of Besenello and has a long history behind of armed clashes and battles between the regions of Trento and Venice as well as between Austrians and French revolutionaries. Lunch in a typical trattoria and then you continue the discovery of art, history and culture by visiting the church of Sant'Agata and the Romanesque church of Santa Marina or alternatively you can take the local transport and go and spend a relaxing afternoon at Garniga Spa enjoying beneficial treatments and hot trentinian water springs.
