"Casa Rosanna" is located in the eastern part of Praiano and is suitable for two people.
From the terrace of the apartment can be admired a breathtaking view over the coast and the sea.
The house is located within a short walking distance from the main street.
In "Casa Rosanna" you enter directly into the living room furnished with sofa, coffee table and TV, a large dining table and an exit to the terrace.
One bedroom with double bed and exit to the same terrace is located next to the living room.The terrace has garden furniture and a beach umbrella and is a true outdoor “room” where to spend the whole day.
The large kitchen has everything you need for cooking and there is also a kitchen table with chairs.
The bathroom is fully tiled with toilet, bathtub and a washing machine.

Under "Casa Rosanna" there is another apartment in the same style for 4 +2 persons.
These accommodations can be interesting for two families wishing to stay close to each other, but in different houses. Here you can live in a very quiet and green neighborhood with gardens linked by paths and small roads with no traffic.

Praiano is a bit obscured by Positano and Amalfi, and this has done that tourism has not arrived to this village very much.
Praiano is dominated by lemon trees and greenery everywhere. About 100 meters from the house there is a super market where you can find most things to buy... vegetables and fresh bread, cheeses, wines, etc..
Along the main road, about 1 km from the house, there are several restaurants and shops and even pharmacies, post office, laundry and internet cafe.
A local bus passes during the summer and has a stop right next door to the house.
This is a peaceful little town, but it only takes 15 and 20 minutes by bus to Positano and Amalfi, where life is different and more intense.
For bathing there are: the beach of Marina di Praia that can be reached in 15 min. walk or Positano that has two beaches.
Praiano also has a private beach, “La Gavitella”, which can be reached by walking down for 400 steps from the square.
