"Casa Alberto" for 6 people is half of a detached villa which is located near the beach in Terracina.
This part of the beach is relatively close to streets with shops and restaurants.
Otherwise, in this neighbourhood there are summer houses and cottages with gardens.
A local bus runs behind the house but otherwise you can reach the center of Terracina in 10-15 minutes.
The most of the beach in Terracina is sandy, lined with many restaurants and places where to hire deck chairs. There is also here a wide sidewalk that runs along the beach.
Strolling along the seafront in the evenings is a popular entertainment for many italian families.
On a clear day you can see Ponza Islands.
"Casa Alberto" is located in the first quarter in Viale Circe (the promenade along the sea), the road that runs parallel to the sea and surrounded by palm trees. From Viale Circe you enter a gate, you pass a couple of houses before arriving at the garden of "Casa Alberto."
"Casa Alberto" has a garden in front of and behind the house. The garden is bordered by a fence (straw) from the second part of the villa, where the owner that comes from Rome sporadically lives here throughout the year. Parking for the car is available close to home.
This house is divided into two apartments and one of them is "Casa Alberto" for 6 persons.
You enter through a gate that leads to a garden with tables and chairs and from there you enter directly into the living room with sofa and a table with chairs. Next to the living room there is a small kitchen that has everything you need. The apartment has three bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and access to the back garden. Another room has double bed. The smaller bedroom has a bunk bed for two adults.
In the garden there are flowering shrubs and trees.
