DAY 1: SARZANA
Arrival in Milan or Genoa, transfer to Sarzana and after check-in at 3* Hotel, lunch and refreshments you start your adventure in the old town. We recommend you to visit the ancient palaces in Piazza Matteotti and Via Mazzini and find the remains of a building that used to belong to Buonaparte family, Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, built by the most important local artists between fourteenth and seventeenth century and if you are going to be here in August you can visit the Wine Fair.
Evening: relax, walks and a good dinner in restaurant with dishes of the delicious Liguria cuisine

DAY 2 : SARZANA - CASTELNUOVO MAGRA 9 km of trekking or by bus (according to preferences)
After a rich breakfast you start the trek that takes you to Castelnuovo Magra, an ancient Ligurian town with many interesting and beautiful corners and important as a winemaker.a gastronomic adventure in a restaurant tasting typical dishes of ligurian cuisine, you are going to visit "Enoteca Regionale Ligure", located in the lower chamber of the Town Hall that exposes all wines produced on the Riviera and that is going to offer you an comprehensive overview of region's wine production.You are going to admire the rococo façade of Oratorio dei Bianchi, the square of the parish church from late Renaissance with an interior created with Carrara marble and where can be found many art works.

DAY 3: SARZANA- LUNI 9 km of trekking or by bus (according to preferences) Wine tasting and local gastronomic products
Themorning starts in your own pace, with a plain pathway towards the coast, surrounded by beautiful landscapes, walking towards Luni, an ancient roman city.Refreshments. LUNI – LA SPEZIA 31 km trekking + train/bus
You continue towards la Spezia crossing vineyards, olive groves and beautiful panoramic areas full of orchards.arrived, you are going to visit a local winery and taste recommended wines: Cinqueterre and Cinqueterre Sciacchetrà together with delicious Liguria dishes:anchovies in salt, flour, mes-ciua la spungata, a typical dessert of Sarzana in the province of La Spezia.Together with your guide you visit then the Castle of St. George and the Cathedral, built in Romanesque style and as an option you can choose later between a visit to the Naval Museum or the Archaeological Museum.

DAY 4: LA SPEZIA – RIOMAGGIORE 13 km of trekking or by bus (according to preferences) RIOMAGGIORE – MANAROLA 5,5 km of trekking or by bus (according to preferences) Wine tasting and local gastronomic products
The morning starts with a new trekking path towards Riomaggiore, 300 m above the sea level, the town which marks the entrance to Cinque Terre and from the panoramic street you can admire the coast that appears in all its beauty.are going to travel along a spectacular setting and cross an amphitheatre of vineyards, orchards.Riomaggiore is going to be visited the most important wine production center of the area.Lunch in a restaurant tasting dishes of Cinque Terre area.You continue the afternoon walking towards Manarola after having crossed the lovely promenade called the "Way of Love", carved into a rock overlooking the sea. At arrival you are going to immerse yourself in charming streets and alleys.

DAY 5: MANAROLA - CORNIGLIA 12 km of trekking or by bus (according to preferences)
Your itinerant route continues towards Corniglia, passing through beautiful landscapes, vineyards and breathtaking landscapes. get up to 100 m above sea level, even if the sea is far away from the village, at the end of 360 steps.in a local restaurant and then you are going to visit the ruins of the ancient fortification and the old castle, the church of San Pietro and the Sanctuary of San Bernardino, located on the hill above Corniglia.

DAY 6: CORNIGLIA - VERNAZZA 9,5 km of trekking
Your itinerary of trekking on Riviera continues with a path to Vernazza, a charming medieval town, the only one of Cinque Terre to have a small port.are going to find here a unique atmosphere and narrow alleys that lead to the terraced vineyards. You absolutely have to taste the white wine Vernaccia.are also going to visit the church of Santa Margherita di Antiochia, the tower located on a spur of rock and the Sanctuary of Nosatra Signora di Reggio.

DAY 7: VERNAZZA - MONTEROSSO AL MARE 13 km of trekking or by bus (according to preferences)
Your morning begins with a trek to the most populous town in Cinque Terre, Monterosso al Mare, where after a immersion in the beautiful nature, you are going to visit the old part of the town, the seaside Fegina, dominated by the famous statue Gigante “holding up on it's shoulders” the terrace of a villa that represents the god of the sea, Neptune, that is also a symbol of Monterosso.
You also visit the church of San Giovanni Battista, the convent and capucinian church of San Francesco and the shrine of Madona di Soviore, built in the early middle ages. All of them are situated 400 m above sea level.are also going join another wonderful culinary experience before the end of the program on Riviera Ligure.
