TRENTINO ALTO ADIGE
Located in northern Italy, bordering Austria and Switzerland, Trentino Alto Adige is a completely mountainous region with broad valleys, lakes and rivers.
Moreover, the region is rich in beech and pine forests, streams and flowers as well as countless pastures and meadows with alpine species of herbs and mushrooms, near the mountains.
In Trentino Alto Adige can be found one of the most attractive landscapes of Europe, well represented by the Dolomites of Val di Fassa, Brenta, Val Gardena, Val di Fiemme and Pale di San Martino. On some of the impressive mountains as Presanella and Marmolada, you can even ski in the summer.
The famous ski resorts: Madonna di Campiglio, Moena, Canazei and San Martino di Castrozza have the most advanced ski stations and that makes the region very popular in both summer and winter for sport and nature holidays full of fun.
Lake Garda can also be found in Trentino Alto Adige like a fjord enclosed by mountains.
The region is also testifying an important historical and cultural heritage with its many castles of extraordinary beauty, shrines and places of historical importance, destination for tourists from all over the world.
The turists come to Trentino not only for winter sports and summer trekking but also for its spas, which offer the chance to spend a wellness vacation full of relax and spa treatments: Merano, Comano Terme, Rabbi, Levico Terme and Pejo.
The cuisine is mountain inspired. Widespread is the use of simple dishes like polenta that accompanies the “omelette trentina” but in Trentino can also be tasted even more elaborated dishes like “costata alla tirolese”

Lake Garda is situated on a large area of northern Italy and is surrounded by picturesque landscapes ranging from mountains to green hills and to plains where can be found parks and nature reserves: the Natural Park of Garda with Mediterranean vegetation and alpine landscapes, and the Sigurtà Garden in the Venetian shore of Lake Garda are the most important natural parks.
In Lake Garda area can also be found the Wellness Spa of Sirmione and be visited the ancient castles and villas on the hills: the most important and significant historical building is Vittoriale in Gardone Riviera.
Along Lake Garda can also be enjoyed gastronomic tours: farms and wineries of the area of Lake Garda open their facilities to tourists that can taste the gastronomic products of the lake prepared with natural ingredients such as fruits, nuts, lemons and chestnuts as well as the delicious wines: the most famous and popular are Bardolino and Valpolicella wines.

In summer time can be enjoyed water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing and outdoor sports in the many green areas existing along the shores as hiking and biking.
