Day 1: AMALFI Limoncello tasting and local gourmet
Arrival at the Airport, welcomeby Discover Italy Now tour leader, transfer to 3* Hotel or B & B. Refreshing welcome drink and free time to relax or to begin familiarizing yourself with the enchanting atmosphere of Amalfi. Your itinerant tour begins during the late afternoon, starting to discover Amalfi, the most important art center of the coast. Your wonderful journey on the Amalfi Coast starts. You are going to reach Amalfi’s Duomo Cathedral walking along a spectacular staircase and then you continue towards the waterfront where you can admire the Arsenale, the sixteenth-century tower and the city museum.During the evening your journey’s shedule has in store for you a local limoncello and wines tasting accompanied by local gastronomic products: fettuccine with tomato sauce and seafood are absolutely a “must”
Evening: Dinner and a walk by the lovely sea.

Day 2: AMALFI – RAVELLO 6,5 km of trekking During the second day, you join a trekking tour towards Ravello, just behind the coast. This is going to be the most noble destination of your journey with its concentration of churches and ancient buildings. You start with the Duomo Cathedral, dedicated to Saint Pantaleone and then you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic views that open everywhere. A “must” to visited are Rufolo Villa and Villa Cimbrone’s Belvedere, beautiful complex where can be found one of the worlds most famous and reproduced views
Evening: good regional sea cuisine. Some of the recommended dishes are: “paccheri” with shrimp, fish soup and “ciambotta”, a typical dish made with potatoes, peppers and eggplant in pan cote.After dinner you can enjoy a night in a club with live music or a concert in the garden of Villa Ruffolo where you can listen to great music and admire breathtaking views.Return to Amalfi

Day 3 : AMALFI – PRAIANO 10 km of trekking Ice creams tasting Today’s itinerant trekking takes you to Praiano, situated on the steep slopes of Monte Sant'Angelo in Tre Pizzi. This seaside village is an ancient center where spinning of silk and coral fishery used to be daily activities of the people. You visit together with your guide the old town that, with its beautiful domes and arches, is in a perfect harmony with the surrounding landscapeYou spend the afternoon by the sea

Day 4: AMALFI – POSITANO 19 km of trekking Wine tasting and local gourmet
Check – in 3* Hotel, B&B or Agriturismo/ Farm house This morning your guided tour takes you to Positano, a village attached to a spur of rock overlooking the sea which is the quintessence of the picturesque seaside.You walk among old houses which face on steep stairs with porticos overlooking the sea, the ancient church of Santa Maria Assunta. During lunch a “must” to be tasted is the typical lemon ravioli filled with ricotta and served with melted butter.Later you also visit an old wine cellar for wine tasting, and local desserts The rest of the day can be spent exploring the beautiful beaches of Positano.

Day 5: POSITANO – SANT´AGATA SUI DUE GOLFI 17 km trekking + bus After breakfast, breathing maritime atmosphere you start trekking towards another extraordinary destination from panoramic point of view: Sant' Agata sui due Golfi. The name itself gives the feeling that from this place, the Gulfs of Naples and Salerno can be dominated with a panoramic view.You visit the old town with the beautiful seventeenth-century church of Santa Maria delle Grazie with its beautiful altar made of stone and marmot.Lunch at restaurant Don Alfonso for extraordinary cuisine based on traditional dishes.The rest of the day is free to be spent on the beach or just in the shade of an olive tree enjoying the beautiful sceneryReturn to Positano

Day 6 : POSITANO – SORRENTO 17 km trekking + bus Ice creams tasting
Check-in 3* Hotel or B & B after which you walk to David Gelato, where many ice cream tastes will be waiting for you, including the most famous: ice cream with Sorrento walnuts, chocolate ice cream with candied fruit, rum babà and ice cream with lemon ...You visit then Sorrento’s architectural treasures: the Cathedral, the ancient basilica of St. Anthony and the church of San Francesco which houses a cloister from the fourteenth century.You have the chance to enjoy spectacular views, already popular during the period of the emperors Augustus and Tiberius and appreciated as well by famous guests like Richard Wagner or Goethe who loved this jewel of the city.After lunch you trek for a few kilometers to reach and visit Piano di Sorrento, another charming tourism town in the Gulf of Naples.

Day 7: SORRENTO – CAPRI by hydrofoil and 25 min. navigation You spend your last morning on Amalfi Coast and Gulf of Naples by traveling to the magical island of Capri, described and celebrated in poems and stories by world famous artists. At the port of Marina Grande, you get on a boat together with your guide and visit Grotta Azzurra, famous in antiquity, but discovered by a fisherman of the island in 1826. You are going to visit the inside of the cave and then return to Marina Grande for lunch and to admire the remains of the Palazzo a Mare and the monumental Bagni di Tiberio.In the afternoon you travel by boat to Anacapri and visit Villa San Michele, located on top of the Phoenician scale, in Capodimonte’s area. The villa was commissioned by the Swedish doctor Axel Munthe, who arrived in Capri in 1876 and bought a vineyard near the ruins of the chapel of San Michele.You also visit Villa’s Museum with its many antiques and its garden of rare beauty that overlooks the entire lower section of the island, the Gulf of Naples and the Natural Park "Monte Barbarossa."After the visit you return to Marina Grande, board the hydrofoil and return to Sorrento
