The residence includes 3 detached villas with 15 elegantly furnished apartments featuring stone outer walls, cotto floors, wood-beam ceilings, bathrooms lined with quality marble, independent entrances and gardens, independent heating and air-conditioning, satellite TV and services in each room.

The resort has also 4 hectares of parkland, 3 panoramic salt-water swimming pools with a chlorine-electrolysis disinfection system, one 16 x 8m, another 9 x 8m with whirlpool and a 25 square metre pool for children, a large solarium with umbrellas and sunbeds, parking, mountain bikes, a shared laundry with ironing facilities and coin-operated washing machines and a barbecue for open-air grills.

Antica Fonte Restaurant inside the Resort offers guests the finest dishes and wines of Tuscany.
During their holidays, the guests can choose between a wide variety of tourist itineraries.
They can go on excursions on foot, by bike or by car.
One of the itineraries is the footpath in the middle of an enchanting scenery which takes to the medieval town of Casole d'Elsa, just 800 m away, set on a hilltop that dominates Elsa Valley, a land of boundless charm.
From the quiet and peaceful ANTICA FONTE RESORT guests can easily reach the most important historical towns of Tuscany: Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Volterra, Pisa, Arezzo and the coast.

ANTICA FONTE RESORT includes 3 detached villas with a total of 15 apartments, 56 beds, divided into three types: two-rooms, three-rooms and four-rooms apartments.
Each villa was built maintaining the characteristics of typical country houses, with stone outer walls, cotto floors, wood-beam ceilings, country furniture, bathroom and kitchen walls in quality marble, elegant furnishings.

VILLA ROSA includes 4 apartments: 3 four-room apartments on the ground floor and a two-room apartment on the first floor with a total of 10 double rooms and 4 kitchens/livingrooms with 4 double sofa beds ( for 20 adults + 8 children).

VILLA GINESTRA includes 5 apartments: 4 three-room apartments (two on the ground floor and two on the first floor) and a two-room apartment on the ground floor with a total of 9 double rooms and 5 kitchens/ livingrooms with 5 double sofa bed (for 18 adults + 10 children).

VILLA MARGHERITA includes 6 apartments: 3 two-room apartments on the ground floor, 1 three-room apartment on the ground floor and two three-room apartments on the first floor with a total of 9 doublerooms and 6 kitchens/ livingrooms with 6 double sofa beds (for 18 adults + 12 childrens).

Services in the apartments:
Kitchenette with cooker stove, fridge with freezer, microwave and toaster. Living room with sofa bed. Satellite TV in all rooms. Safe box. Independent heating and air-conditioning with internal thermostat and bed, bath and kitchen linen. Bathroom with shower. Hairdryer. Independent entrance to each apartment. All our three-room apartments and four-room apartments have dishwasher.

Deposit fee of 30%, to be paid through bank transfer within 1 week from the reservation.
Security deposit € 200,00 per apartment, to be paid in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) upon arrival.
Prices are per apartment per week and include linen, electricity, water and gas.
VAT 10%. Use of swimming pool, car park, barbecue and bikes.

Obligatory final cleaning:

• Bilo: Euro 60,00
• Trilo: Euro 75,00
• Quadri: Euro 95,00

For stays of over a week, just one obligatory final cleaning will be charged. A weekly change of linen will be included in the price.

Air-conditioning and Heating (weekly prices):

• Bilo: Euro 80,00
• Trilo: Euro 110,00
• Quadri: Euro 140,00

On request:Use of shared laundry.
Cradle and high chair € 25.00 a week.
Change of linen: € 8.00 per person.
Additional cleaning including change of linen: Two-room apartments € 55.00 - Three-room apartments € 70.00 - Four-room apartments € 90.00.
