"All'Obelisco B & B” has rooms with one bed, twin beds and all with windows overlooking Piazza di Spagna or Via Gregoriana. There are no rooms that look out into courtyards.
The decor is elegant with comfortable beds.
The air conditioning (hot/cold) with a remote control equipment. For Internet access there are two fixed stations located in the saloon.
The rooms are all equipped with private bathroom, with direct access from the room. Disabled clients can book at the same price, a bathroom for disabled, which is also directly accessible from the bedroom.
"All'obelisco 2" is a newly renovated apartment in Via della Mercede 52, 200 m from Piazza di Spagna and "All'obelisco B & B".
It is suitable for a family of 4-6 people or two couples. It is located on the third floor of a building with elevator in the heart of Rome and it includes a double bedroom with bathroom, a very large bedroom (over 20 square meters) that can give hospitality up to 4 people, a second bedroom bathroom (with shower), a large kitchen, living room/dining room and a large hallway.The living room can also be used as a third bedroom.

"All'Obelisco Bed & Breakfast" is located above the Spanish Steps, opposite the legendary Hotel Hassler.
This area is located near the beautiful Villa Borghese and all the charming pedestrian streets that start at the Spanish Steps. Here can be found all the designer shops with the most famous international brands, popular bars and restaurants, but since we are in Rome, the local feeling is always present.
The center of Rome is alive and mostly car-free and you can reach all attractions on foot.
