VERNAZZA

Vernazza is a town free of traffic as most of the villages of Cinque Terre.
There is a small sandy beach in the harbor, otherwise the rocks and the deep sea are those that dominate in Vernazza. You can also swim in the harbor (there is a staircase available).
Down the harbor there is a lovely square with outdoor cafe/bars and on the pedestrian street there are shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pizzerias and take-away restaurants, etc..
The entire village has an artistic touch. July 20th is the town feast with fireworks (Santa Margherita).
The best place where to eat in the square is, in our opinion, “Taverna del Capitano”.
The car is not necessary for a holiday in Cinque Terre. Trains and boats are more comfortable.
It only takes a few minutes by train between the villages.

IN THE HISTORICAL CENTER OF VERNAZZA
The apartment is in the historical center of Vernazza (Via Visconti, 23) and consists of 3 double bedrooms, each one with the possibility of a third bed. Each room has heating and private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The breakfast (included) is served at the tables of the restaurant in the square facing the sea.
